Datafindex is an independent quantitative modeling and analytical visualization engine. All metrics, projections, simulators, and mathematical outputs provided are SOLELY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES in alignment with Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) guidelines.

• No numerical simulation or output generated on this platform constitutes an investment recommendation, regulated financial advice, or solicitation of securities.
• Past performance, theoretical rates, and compounded mathematical projections do not constitute a guarantee of future investment returns.
• Users retain sole and exclusive responsibility for their own investment choices, asset allocation, and capital management.

Our algorithms utilize arbitrary-precision arithmetic (decimal.js) to eliminate binary rounding errors intrinsic to the IEEE 754 floating-point standard. However, simulation outputs reflect theoretical mathematical models and may differ from real-world market outcomes due to daily benchmark oscillations, brokerage commissions, exchange fees, or specialized tax rules.

All source code, computational architectures, design systems, trademarks, brand identity, layout aesthetics, algorithms, and documentation are proprietary assets of Datafindex, protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, commercial resale, or automated bulk scraping without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

When interacting with the platform, users agree to:

• Refrain from any conduct that degrades, overburdens, or disrupts infrastructure availability.
• Never attempt to inject malicious code, exploits, or circumvent security perimeters.

While we strive for uncompromising mathematical rigor and high uptime, Datafindex disclaims liability for transient network outages, third-party telecommunication failures, or economic damages resulting from subjective investment interpretations.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial district of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
